    A telecommunications mast, to be erected in the middle of Colwall Stone, was given the go-ahead by Herefordshire Council on August 22 without any adverse comment. read more

  • Be quicker

    AS a Colwall resident I am disturbed to learn that the railway bridge is likely to take six months to repair. If this estimate is correct, have the engineers considered the havoc and expense this delay will cause? Have they thought of working night and day, virtually non-stop to reduce the six months? They might say that this will cost more - but will it? Our village is already suffering extra expense and what about the hauliers having to use the road over the Wyche in their massive articulated lorries? read more
