    WITH reference to your item on the charge for Green Bags by Malvern Hills District Council and the fact that the contents of these bags go to landfill. Debra Parker, Recycling and Waste Management Officer, arrogantly says they need to advertise the fact that green bags go to landfill - I have two questions: 1. Why does it go to landfill? If other councils, i.e. Wokingham and Cheltenham to my knowledge, can recycle green waste from homes, why can't Malvern? read more
