LEWIS Emily Jane "Em" Passed away peacefully on February 9th, 2018, aged 25 years. Beloved daughter of Mandy and Gary, sister of Josh and girlfriend of Blake. Emily was beautiful, brave and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, March 2nd, 2018 at The Parish Church of St Peter & St Paul, Upton upon Severn at 11 a.m. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired for St Richard's Hospice and The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity can be made on the day, or sent to Malcolm J Presland, 19 High Street, Upton Upon Severn, Worcestershire, WR8 0HJ.
