SMITH Phillip Charles (Flab) Died on March 23rd, 2017, aged 59 at Worcestershire Royal Hospital, after a long illness bravely born. He will be sadly missed by his partner Susan Barker, his parents Phyllis and Charles, his sisters Susan and Christine, his eight Nephews and Nieces, and his many Friends. Funeral to take place at Worcester Crematorium on Friday, April 28th at 1:45 p.m. Family flowers only, but donations, if desired for Diabetes UK, may be sent to F W Spilsbury Funeral Director, 12 Upper Howsell Road, Malvern. WR14 1TL.
