PLANT Herbert (Herbie) Passed away peacfully at Worcestershire Royal Hospital on Friday, March 10th, 2017, aged 58 years. Dearly loved dad to Rich and Jamie, much loved grandad to Oliver, Eleanore, Logan, Jacob and Thomas. The Funeral Service will take place at Worcester Crematorium on Tuesday, March 28th, 2017, at 1.45 p.m. Family flowers only, donations, if desired for Guide Dogs, may be sent c/o B Sweet & Sons, 12a Oldbury Road, Tewkesbury.
