CHAPLAIN Kay Passed away peacefully on October 14th, 2014. Loving mother of Lucy. Much loved nanny to Amy, Sophie and Joshua. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral Service will take place at St Martins with St Peters Church in Worcester on Monday, November 3rd, 2014 at 10.45 a.m. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, for St Richard's Hospice may be placed upon the collection plate available at the Service, or sent (by cheque only made payable to the charity) to The Co-operative Funeralcare, 105 Barnards Green Road, Malvern, Worcs.
