The 29th International Upton Jazz Festival runs from Friday to Sunday, June 27-29 and revellers can get their hands on weekend and day tickets at a substantial reduction until Saturday, May 31.
A dedicated dance section has been added to this year's line-up, while the usual selection of bands around the town and in the festival field taking place alongside two colourful Mardi Gras-style parades and much more.
Rachel Hayward, musical director, said: “With the financial situation this country has found itself in, we’ve kept our ticket prices static for the past three years.
“But this year we’ve extended our early-bird period until the end of May.
“Festival tickets always offer outstanding value for money, with more than 60 world-class gigs over three days.
“But this year, jazz fans can cash in for longer. It’s a lot of entertainment for the money. Even weekend tickets are cheaper than one night at the pub.”
Running alongside the jazz is the town’s first food and beer festival and a free fringe.
Weekend tickets are £60, saving £10, Friday tickets are £20, £30 on Saturday and Sunday £25 - the full prices are £25, £35 and £30 respectively.
